A great magician is a "master of imaginationquot;, and Jonathan Pendragon referred to as a quot;maestroquot; by his peers is one of the greatest magicians the world has ever known. David Copperfield stated on stage, quot;when the history of magic is written, Jonathan Pendragon will be remembered as one of it's most creative performers." on viewing the performance of Jonathan Pendragon, Siegfried of Siegried and Roy simply said "Genius." Gary Pudney, who produced magic specials for NBC, ABC, and CBS, drew used Jonathan's expertise in front of the camera and behind the camera. In fact , NBC executive John Miller noted," If anyone can bring something original to magic it's Jonathan Pendragon."

Jonathan met this challenge, collaborating with Cincinnati Pops conductor Erich Kunzel. Together they designed and performed a show of illusion and music, for a PBS television special. For Oscar winning film director Norm Jewison, Jonathan staged a spectacular levitation to open the film quot;Bogus.quot; The most elaborate, and largest "magic special" to be produced starred "The Pendragons." This two hour, world wide T.V. special, produced by "Disney," featured several new illusions new to magic. Performed and created by Jonathan and Charlotte, inspired magicians including "Siegfried and Roy."

Two recent novels with stories set in the world of magic, best selling author John Gardener's "the Confessor" and playwright and author Paul Quarrington"s "The Spirit Cabinet", refer to the mastery of the Pendragon's performance. Finally, the illusion philosophy of Jonathan Pendragon's performance of Jonathan motivates the magician in Christopher Priests novel "The Prestige," soon to be a major motion picture.

Jonathan was chosen by Magic Magazine, as one of 10 living magicians whose work shaped magic in the 20th and 21st centuries. The honor and award Jonathan cherishes most is the one he received from Washington D.C.'s Lab School. Every year three American's are honored by the school for overcoming the hardships of dyslexia,ADD, sever speech impediments and other learning disabilities. Those so honored make up a who's who of film stars , sports legends, scientists, statesmen, and soldiers. Tom Cruise, Cher and Magic Johnson are among the recipients. Jonathan received the award for battling severe childhood speech impediments to be come known as a magician known for articulate "narratives of mystery."

Charlotte Pendragon is the most honored woman in the history of magic. Magicians say, "She can perform illusions no one else can." for this reason she was the first woman to receive the " Magician of the Year" award from the Academy of Magical Arts. she was the first woman to be admitted into England's famed magic Circle, amazing because she is an American and because no woman had ever received this honor in 100 plus years of the organization. She is the youngest woman to ever receive the "Performing Fellowship" from Hollywood's famed Magic Castle.

A graduate of the University of California at Irvine, Charlotte studied ballet under the legendary choreographer Eugene Loring. A world-class competitive swimmer, Charlotte also trained in gymnastics and bodybuilding. After graduation Charlotte became part of the physical fitness culture. With her incredible shape and classic beauty, Charlotte was a favorite model of publisher Joe Weider's fitness magazines. One article on her is titled "The Perfect body". Later she studied pilates and weight training. This led to national titles as female physique champion. She is recognized by Muscle and Fitness writer and editor, Bill Dobbins, as one of the sport's founding champions. Charlotte balances her training in dance and physical fitness to create an aesthetic performance of a character that looks, moves and acts like a supernatural being.

Her performance also includes her skill as a abstract artist. Onstage she combines her artistry and magic by creating a painting that visually depicts an emotion thought of by an audience member, even though the volunteer says nothing to anyone. The painting is given to the audience member as something to remember the performance by, as if that was really necessary. Her paintings have become so popular that they can be found in galleries. Charlotte is almost impossible to forget.
