Gary BartlettGary E. Bartlett
Founder & CEO

Gary began his entertainment career as a magician. He is a graduate of the Hollywood Film Institute and a member of the National Association of Television Producers and Executives. His production career began as a technical director, touring for four years with David Copperfield Live (along with corresponding network specials). Gary has worked extensively in the Las Vegas entertainment arena, including shows for Caesars magical Empire and major stage productions like Enter The Night. Being an illusionist, Gary often consults with world-class magicians like Pen and Teller, Lance Burton and The Pendragons.

As an independent producer, Gary has considerable experience in packaging major corporate events, taking him to Atlanta, Chicago, Houston and cities around the world. In addition, he has consulted with Fortune 500 companies on everything from securing talent to marketing and advertising. From technical consulting to acquisition of equipment. A partial list of corporate clients includes Nabisco, NEC Computers, Merck Hospitals, Hallmark and Nokia Communications. Gary's former company, Bartlett Entertainment Group, brought producers and talent together on a wide variety of stage and television projects, furthering the careers of numerous stage and television artist.

Gary holds the title of Nevada Businessman of The Year 2003.
 

 
Robb BayRobb C. Bay PhD
Business Advisor

Robb Bay has been at CCSN since 1978. He currently teachers Introduction of Business, Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior and Seminar in Management. For the first 10 years at CCSN, Robb was an administrator in the Student Services area. Since 1988, Robb has been a Professor in Business and Management.

Since 1985, Robb has studied with Management Guru, Peter Drucker. He has taken eight classes with Professor Drucker while completing his Master's in Management. Robb also worked with Management Guru, Ken Blanchard in preparing a workbook for frothy-five video cases included in the textbook "Exploring the World of Business." Ken Blanchard visited the campus in 1996 to talk about "One-Minute Management" and this text.

Robb's hobbies are financial planning, reading musical concerts, and movies. His credentials include, a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Tulsa, an M.A and Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, from Saint Louis University and a M.A.M. in Management from the Claremount Graduate School. In Addition to his classroom activities, Robb is a business consultant and author.
 

 
Daniel OrrDaniel L.Orr II DDS, PhD, JD, MD Esq.
Business Advisor

Dr. Orr is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Orr has had a life long involvement in the Boy Scouts of America becoming an Eagle Scout at age 14. He was awarded the Eagle Scout of the Year designation and scholarship by the Los Angeles Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America in 1968. After graduating cum laude from Brigham Young University and with honors from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Dr. Orr completed residencies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center and in Anesthesiology at the University of Utah Medical Center, where he also earned a Master of Science in Anesthesiology. Dr. Orr then obtained his PhD in Biophysics from Columbia Pacific University, San Rafael, California. Dr. Orr subsequently graduated from William Howard Taft University School of Law. Dr. Orr is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology, and is admitted to the California Bar.

Dr. Orr is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, a Forensic Odontologist for the Clark County Nevada Coroner's Office, a member of the Nevada State Medical/Dental/Legal Screening Panel, a court qualified expert in medical and dental legal issues, and has published extensively in the professional literature. Dr. Orr is the Chairman of the Nevada State Society of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons Anesthesia Committee and a past President of the Nevada State Society of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Orr is a team physician for the University of Nevada at Las Vegas Athletic Department, the AAA Pacific Coast League Las Vegas Stars Baseball Club, the IHL Las Vegas Thunder Hockey Club, and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association National Finals Rodeo.
 

 
Abb DicksonAbb Dickson
Actor / Magician / Entertainment Advisor

Abb Dickson has done many special guest appearances on some of the top primetime sit-coms, variety specials and talk shows- most recently featuring his newest Abb-tastic Magi-Comedy on Television! He is a veteran character actor who worked on 7 films with the Great Orson Wells. As well as many recurring roles in such known television show like Different Strokes. It's nearly impossible to summarize Abb's incredibly versatile background! In the Magic World, Abb is known as a top performer, creator and lecturer In the early 1970's he had the largest touring magic show in the United States with performances for the Bicentennial show in Washington DC.

He is the former International past president of the (IBM) International Brotherhood of Magicians the largest organization of it's kind. He continues to serve as the President of (WAM) the World Alliance of Magicians and a judge of the World Magic Awards television show. In the Business World, his talents range from Corporate Speaker and Consultant, to Motivational Speaker and Entertainer. In the Architectural and Interior Design World, Abb's work has been featured in such prestigious publications as Architectural Digest, Smithsonian, and Forbes Magazines.
 

 

Joanie SpinaJoanie Spina
Director / Technical Advisor

Joanie Spina is no stranger to the art of storytelling. For the last 18 years she's been bringing her visions to fruition on the stage. She co-directed and choreographed magician David Copperfield's show for close to twelve years and choreographed his record breaking Broadway Show, Dreams and Nightmares. She has directed and staged shows at Caesar's Palace and Lady Luck Casino in Las Vegas, at the Claridge Hotel and Trump's Marina in Atlantic City, at Crystal Palace Casino in the Bahamas, and the Reno Hilton and Flamingo Hilton in Reno.

Now she turns her talents to documentary film making and video productions, as well as video and music editing.

 

 
Bill Galis CPA
Business Advisor

Bill Galis has an MBA from the University of Chicago and under graduate degree majoring in accounting from DePaul University. He has severed as a Small Business Advisor for four years with SCORE. His career expands from Senior VP, COO & CFO for the Fingerhut Corporation in Minneapolis, Vice President and CFO for Miller's Outpost Stores in CA. As well as VP finance and CFO of Smitty's Super Value Grocery Chain located in AZ.
